The hotel was very professional and extremely helpful in organizing transportation, island adventures, and evening events. They also organized transportation from the airport and this connected me with OTBP (Off the Beaten Path) Services. Owin Antoine is the owner and was our tour guide and taxi service for the rest of the trip. I did the day tour with Owin and got to see and learn so much about St. Lucia. It was a great deal and a great opportunity to mix and mingle with the locals.

The highlight of our trip was the Friday night Jump Up. The Jump Up is a Friday night street party at Gros Islet. The food was really good and the guys at En Rouge (drink stand) kept the beer and rum punch flowing, while taking a bit of time to help me brush up on my Patois. If you are traveling to St. Lucia don't miss the Jump Up at Gros Islet! We got lazy and blew off all the tours, which is one thing we would have done differently. Owin Antoine, another awesome driver, also runs custom tours on the island, which would have allowed us to design our own tour, on our own terms. Now that we are home, doing a tour with Owin is one thing we really wish we would have done. http://www.otbpservices.com

Loved the Coco Kreole” Reviewed April 19, 2006 4 people found this review helpful My friends and I just got back from the Coco Kreole. It was great. I missed my connecting flight so my friends got there a day before I did. I made the arrangements for the Coco Kreole and they said thanked me for the choice. Everyone was waiting for me the next day, my friends and the staff. The room was small, but they put another bed in the room which was great. We were on the front and did not have major noise problems. The Coco Kreole was so good, I am considering joining their vacation club which gives you reduced rates. We enjoyed breakfast every morning, but on Easter Sunday we went up to the TiBanne at the Coco Palm and had breakfast. But the things we enjoyed most about the Coco Kreole was the staff. They were all my favorites, but I felt some went over and beyond, Peppy albert,Owin antoine, Junion celestine, Alian joseph, Shawn bisette and Augustas john. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay. When we return to St Lucia, this is the only place for us.
