If I get the Beginner membership, can I have two of my old website names forwarded to the new site name at Webdco? That way when clients click on my old web address they will be directed to the new address.

Yes. But just one of your domain names is included with the Beginner package, and you would pay $15 for each further domain name transfer to Webdco. You should register with the Beginner package and then transfer your domain names.
